Sixth Week on the Job

Scott has been working as the Director of Safety at Watermark Community Church for just over five weeks now. He works LONG days and is almost always on his way to work even before the kiddos get up but he loves the job. Things will slow down a little after Scott gets some pressing to-do’s checked off and Phase 3 construction of our church is complete. Even though he comes home physically tired, he is spiritually and emotionally charged! What a change from the days at Select.

We are having a lot of fun figuring out how to enjoy his Friday/Saturday weekend. It’s nice to be able to do normal “Saturday” stuff on Fridays – trips to Home Depot, doughnut dates and just going anywhere that is normally completely crowded on Saturdays.

We are so proud of Scott and all that he does for our family. We love this new path in our lives and look forward to seeing what God has in store for us!
